DESCRIPTION

The Sparrow MTS 30 is a 19“ test system that can be integrated into any standard rack. The In-Circuit tester can also be used as benchtop test system. With this compact and flexible tester you can perform both analog and digital In-Circuit and functional tests.

In spite of its small footprint the Sparrow features 9 slots for module cards with up to 1,152 test pins, which are available as analog or hybrid pins or even a combination of the two. In addition, the benchtop tester can accommodate up to four programmable power supplies. With the proven In-Circuit and functional test modules you can handle a majority of the possible test scenarios simply and economically.

DESCRIPTION

The Eagle MTS 180 is our most economical solution for high-volume production. The in-circuit tester is equipped with a press, so that you can dispense with expensive vacuum fixtures. The pneumatic press allows you to develop even highly complex fixtures at minimal cost.

Our Eagle at 5500 N can be equipped with up to 3456 analog and hybrid in-circuit test pins, making it the ideal test system for EMS service providers and high-volume production. In addition, the test system can be equipped with functional modules for greater fault coverage or configured as a function tester.

DESCRIPTION

Our Sigma MTS 300 has been designed for high throughput capability and with up to 1000 measurements per second it is one of the fastest in-circuit testers on the market. The test system can check your circuit boards with up to 3456 analog, 1664 hybrid or a combination of both test points. The Sigma puts flexibility, high fault coverage and simple programming at the fore.

You can use the modular test system for analog and digital in-circuit testing, vectorless testing, functional test, boundary scan and memory programming. Thanks to the non-multiplexed pin architecture it is also possible to use fixtures and test programs from other test systems.

DESCRIPTION

Our highly ergonomic Omega MTS 888 offers not only a healthy workstation but also an extremely high-performance test system with 7040 test pins. Here we have developed a height-adjustable and tiltable high-performance tester that allows you to construct the fixture even while the test program is being developed.

Since each channel can be assigned to its own logic family, fixture construction is made much simpler. The in-circuit tester can also be configured as a functional tester. Here simply use our various modules, such as the frequency-time measuring unit, analog in-/output, or voltage sources.

Condor MTS 505

DESCRIPTION

Our Condor MTS 505 flying probe tester requires no fixture and is therefore ideal not only for traditional production, but also for prototyping and low-volume production. Thanks to the four movable test heads it offers high adaptation depth and test coverage. The optional use of fixed test pins on the underside of the test object means you can also shorten the test time while increasing the test coverage. The Flying Probe test system is equipped with a digital color camera (CMOS) with GigE Vision interface to accurately determine the position of the probe and device under test (DUT). It is attached to one of the four test heads and contains optics, as well as lighting.

Frontloader

The board to be tested is manually placed in the tester using a front pull-out with two-handed locking. The bed rails feature adjustable tabs for automatically fixing the board. Magnetic fixing pins, support pins etc. can also be positioned on the base plate of the pull-out.

In-Line

Our in-line tester can be fully integrated into your production line. The circuit board moves automatically over the conveyor inside the tester via an in- and outfeed. The module is clamped up towards the top for testing, so that the PCB thickness makes no difference for contacting. SMEMA-compatible connections are available for pre-heat and post-cool modules in your production line.
